Teenagers are more at risk of getting unhealty habits.   By this reason, it is very important that they learn to have healthy ones.

- Healthy eating habits is the best way to:
- Have energy during all day.
- Get the vitamins and minerals that you need.
- Be strong to play football, basketball or any other sport.
- Reach your full height.
- Maintain a healthy weight since it is better for your body.

What´s the meaning of eating healthly?


You should have all meals on time.
You would have to eat all the food groups, to complete your needs for growth and health.
You should eat more products which were high in nutrients and you should consume small amounts of sweet and fast food.
You have to eat when you're hungry and stop when you are full up.
You should learn more of healthy nutrition and make food an important part of your life.
