I think that nowadays many people aren't doing enough exercise or they are just eating poor quality food. These persons often have problems about their weight and their heart. Eating healthily and doing a bit of exercise does not take much time a day. With just walking about thirty minutes a day and avoiding taking the car as far as possible, their body shape would be fit and their weight would be lower. If also they eat least fats and many vegetables, they would have more energy and they even move and practise more and more.
