SOME READINGS

Have a look at this website and read some of the stories you will find there.  

The first and the second one are mainly written in the simple past, the third in the past perfect, and the fourth and the fifth one in the past tenses and using the passive voice.

You will also find the difficult vocabulary and some exercises about every reading.
