From a young age we should have healthy habits to prevent problems of health. I think
that some of them should be the following:
- Eat varied and balanced food . We should eat more fruits, vegetables, fish, cereals and less meat or junk food. Also it is important to have a good lunch to get all the needed carbohydrates.
- Drink water.The water is essential to our body. Our body has a 70% of water. Besides we can drink juice made of fresh fruit.
- Good eating habits. We only should eat if we are hungry. Besides if we don't eat slowly, we will eat more food than it's necessary. It´s very important how to cook the food, too, since we can cook the food and being more or less healthy. It´s better to steam or grill than fry.
- Watch less television. We should watch less television and we could use this time to do other healthier activities such as reading or walking.
- And finally get more exercise. To do one hour a day of exercise is very good for us. We can walk with the dog, get off the bus one earlier stop, go out to throw the garbage, planning some outdoor activity enjoying the environment, go to a gym or a sports center...
