Probably, in America, there are many people that bet on a healthy feeding and do exercises to maintain fitness, although we also think that there are a lot of persons who don't do enough exercise and eat too much junk food.
Precisely, we want to think that the famous "American dream" isn't in fact the bad image that this big country gives to the world in relation to its poor and unhealthy habits for a diet, indeed we could say it's full of fast food and junk food. There, for instance, hot dogs are one of the worst meals, because they concentrate on an elevated number of calories and toxins. In fact in America that could be the main cause of obesity, also combinated with an almost non-existent exercise routine. This awful and famous American diet is full of bad fats and it could generate, in a few years time, heart, respiratory or breathing and cardiovascular problems, blood pressure, etc ... among people that consume it, in comparison with our healthy Mediterranean diet, which we could say it is the best from all over the world.
