WHAT'S THE WEATHER LIKE? 

IT'S ...

It's (sunny / cloudy / rainy / windy / stormy / snowy / foggy)   It's stormy weather.
It's (freezing / cold / cool / warm / hot / good)
It's (raining / snowing)

The sun is shinning / The wind is blowing.
It's 14 degrees / It's zero degrees / It's minus 2 degrees.
Is it hot, isn't it?  Yes, it's really hot today.

According to the weather forecast, today it's sunny but tomorrow it will be cloudy.
The weatherman has forecast good weather for the next coming days, but we will see because it's a bit cloudy and windy today.
