AN ANGRY CONSUMER by Sara


        This is Mary's letter , a very angry consumer...
       "My name's Mary.  I'm going to  tell you my experience as a consumer in  "AAA" a store of on-line or by catalogue sales.
    I met  "AAA" when my mother came my home three mounths ago, with one of their catologues: if I requested the summer catalogue, I would receive as a welcome present  "a wonderful flowery cover" (just the one all the mothers like!!)...  and d'you know...  I imagined my mother face and...
      I requested the catalogue but.... I didn´t read the "small print".  It said I should pay  the post and packaging.  Of course, this was my mistake, but the small print was very, very, very small....  (The cover was horrible and very small, too... and the postage was very expensive...)
        Well, I had the catalogue in my hands for a while and I didn´t resist to see it... another mistake.  I decided to buy a black dress with  the 40% discount coupon they sent me.  Besides the post and packaging, I should also pay: "the packaging, the manipulation expenses and the cash on delivery"... And How was the dress?  HIDEOUS!!: bad cloth, bad dressmaking... 
       I telephoned  "AAA" to complain and they said to me:  "Send it to us, and we´ll send you a discount coupon for  future shopping, or change it by other product:  but you should pay return, postage, packing expenses... comings and goings, of course." GRRRR!!!
      I changed the dress for a 1.35 cm blue cover, but they sent me a 90 cm green sheet ... When my mother said to me to change the sheet, I liked to kill her!
     I decided the 90 cm green sheet was very, very nice!!
        
MY ADVICE: NEVER BUY AT "AAA"!!!!  
I PERSONALLY WON'T EVER DO IT AGAIN!!!
