First, we have to say that having healthy habits do not guarantee a long stay in this world, neither a life without problems of health.
Everybody knows cases of very healthy people who have had serious problems of health in his life.
On the other hand, it's completely certain that having bad habits will not be good for us, but just the opposite.
In short, it is very important to have them, though they do not guarantee a 100 % of anything.
For this reason, it is good to follow good health habits but without turning it into an obsession.
Anyway, the key for a healthy life is: a healthy feeding, physical and mental exercise, a healthy environment (which is really difficult nowadays), the genetic inheritance and ... good luck in life.
