Hello everyone,
I believe that to get a healthy way of living we should eat five times a day, brush our teeth after we eat each meal, and wash our hands before we eat. In addition, we ought to see the General Practitioner to make a medical check up one time a year at least.
Also we could do any kind of exercise two or three times a week such as hiking, swimming, running etc.
As this summer I had a problem with my knees, I have started to make a Mediterranean diet, now I eat vegetables five or six times every week , only once, pasta and legumes or pulses, and I also eat more fish because some time before I hardly ever ate fish, I was eating only meat.
Also just three months ago I have started to swim, during the two first months I went three times a week but this last month, as it’s cold, it's Christmas time and I’m a bit lazy, I haven’t gone any day but I think I will go for the next three months. I'm sure that because of the Mediterranean diet and some swimming, I will lose weigh and I will feel better.
In short, I advise all of you to make a Mediterranean diet and to do a bit of exercise.
