- ... ... ...
French people are sociable, romantic, outgoing, but sometimes they are arrogant and humorous.
ReplyDeleteI want to say that they are serious(sometimes), not humorous.
DeleteAmerican: aggressive because of their guns and arrogant because they think they do the best and the bigger, so I consider American people quite stupid.
ReplyDeleteSwiss: well-dressed because they have a lot of money, (even Spanish politician have money in there) and sophisticated because they have the best technology.
French: the French people are well-dressed and sophisticated. Fashion was born in France.
ReplyDeleteChinese: Chinese people are very different from Spanish people. They eat a lot of rice but in small helpings and they use chopsticks for eating, also they are very welcoming but when they spit on the floor I don't like it .
British people:
ReplyDeletethey have a different humor than us
they are punctual and formal.
quite nationalistic and respectful
German people:I think the German people are hard working.
They wear casual clothes.
They are formal, respectful but serious.
they aren´t humourous.
American: the American people are nationalistic and proud, although they aren't all of them this way. In United States the majority of people have got guns and can have a lot of them.
ReplyDeleteBritish:The British people are very punctual and they are always quiet formal
Japanese: hard-working, serious
Aragonese: the Aragonese people are very, very very stubborn, they go out all the time and are very hospitable.
French: polite,
Italian: the Italian people are very boastful, they spend much money in buying clothes and they are well dressed
I think British people are very punctual. All people have heard about the famous "British punctuallity", as example to follow. Besides that, British are very polite and sometimes well-dressed. As British people, Japanese are really polite, quiet and hard-working, although I think some jobs in Japan are a bit silly. On the other hand, American are the best example of rude and nationalistic people, and often quite ignorant. I have chosen British and Japanese because I know a little about those cultures. The choice of the American has been because I don't like them, but I don't really know very much their culture.
ReplyDeleteWithout any doubt, stereotyping can be always bad, because you can build a wrong idea about a country, and put a distance that could prevent to know wonderful people.
In Spain, there are many stereotypes depending on the region. For example, Andalusian people have an unfair fame of being lazy, Aragonese people are very stubborn and rude, as I am, and Catalonian people are rich... but that's just a general opinion... isn't?
Japanese:
ReplyDeleteWhen I go to a Japanese restaurant, the waiter is very attentive and polite.
When you leave the restaurant, the owner accompanies you to the door and give you a calendar and tell you 'Come back soon' with a great smile.
