DEFORESTATION

Hello clasmates!  We are going to talk about deforestation. First we have made a little introduction about this subject                                                                                                                                     

Deforestation is the removal of a forest or stand of trees where the land is thereafter converted to a non-forest use. Examples of deforestation include conversion of forestland to farm, ranches or urban use.  More than half of the animal and plant species in the world live in tropical forest.                     

People do not think about the consecuences of deforestation, do not think about the damage in our lifes, in our planet and in our future. We would like people were sensitive about this problem. What do you think? Now we are going to watch a video about all of this. Let's see...
